UK DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will be dispatched by Special Delivery(r) to arrive by 1pm the next day, though more remote parts of the UK may experience a slight delay. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure address where someone is available to sign for your goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will be dispatched by Airsure(r), though this service is not available to all destinations. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your goods.

Europe - Up to 500g = £10.25

Europe - Up to 1Kg = £13.00

Europe - Up to 2Kg = £18.00

Europe - Above 2Kg = £25.00

Rest of the world - Up to 500g = £13.20

Rest of the world - Up to 1Kg = £18.95

Rest of the world - Up to 2Kg = £29.95

Rest of the world - Above 2kg = £40.00

IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Lark Rising cannot be held responsible for these charges.

CANCELLATIONS

Please be aware, orders can only be cancelled before the goods have been dispatched. To cancel an order please contact us at info@larkrising.com with your name, address and order details.

EXCEPTIONS

If, for any reason you have not received your parcel within 7 working days in the UK and 10 working days for the rest of the world, of you placing your order please contact us at info@larkrising.com and allow 5 days for us to carry out an investigation.
